To enrich our Mediterranean cuisine we count on the nearby sea and on our garden to offer a typical seasonal cuisine. We count on our centuries-old olive trees cultivated on land surrounding the farm, which gives high quality oil. We also count on a citrus orchard that offers fruit to enrich our preparations, all aimed toward refinement.
